The game does make an important point here - deep puncture wounds such as those made by swords, daggers, arrows, stakes, railroad spikes, a chopstick, or even your ballpoint pen bleed the most after the item is removed. For some reason, entertainment over the years has been a big fan of quick item removal in a puncture wound situation and that is quite possibly the worst thing you could do unless under medical supervision. Even anime Durarara!! had a character wisely comment to themselves I better take this out later, once I get some superglue after being stabbed in the hand with a pen. Immediate removal is death. Be extremely cautious of doing so IRL. The image of Sister Bikini on those little stack of milk crates is still making me laugh. Well continue with her bizarre testimony tomorrow.
