Lady Antebellum has an argument for trademark ownership and they are willing to coexist with the name, even if they legally don't have to. Basically this smells like she just wants to try to make a quick buck. Initially she was fine sharing their name and then shot out the demand for $10 million. You can pretty easily challenge a trademark claim even if the period for trademark dispute has passed. You just have to be able to prove you've been doing business under the trademark prior to their purported use of it.
