Topic	Very excited about not having to go back to teaching

If someone you work with doesn't like you or the way you're teaching, you can lose your job over that. I addressed that in the last sentence of my post. Every school/district is different. The school Im in right now is VERY political. I got screwed out of a head coaching position solely because our local board member wanted to do favors for his buddies that have sons looking for their first gig, plus the principal wants to do favors for her friends as well. Unfortunately Im stuck because no one is retiring anywhere.
