If you have anything in the Nvidia control panel set up like DLSS or fancy new features it can also freak out. Do you use G-sync? That could be another cause for issue. There are also a few obvious ones like you want to turn AA off in the launcher, but use it in the control panel. The baked in AA is hilariously demanding. Lastly, don't recommend anything over 1080p or at most 1440p or else the engine shits the bed.

Last thing I'd recommend is a complete clean reinstall of the game. Get rid of all archived/cached mods too. Get rid of it all. If you can get the game on an SSD it will help substantially, but it isn't required.

Well, i never even asked for help so why would i start with specs. I know the issue is the game and thats why i was stating in my post and i fucking quote
