I dont normally consider myself too squeamish, but the show seems really heavy on the gore factor, at times unnecessarily so. It definitely leans heavy into the gore at times but I think the worst of it is early on in S1 with Dracula's army attacking the town and the aftermath. There are spots of it here and there throughout the rest of the show for sure but to my memory that's definitely the worst bit.
