Edit: Actually, after looking at that hub there's really nothing special about it. I thought it included a remote. All it does is allow you to plug up to 6 fans into one fan header, so if you could control RGB through that, you should be able to control RGB after installing Corsair software without needing the hub Last edit: Disregard the above lol.
