This cost of living is out of control and nobody is talking about it. Rent prices should be regulated to 30% of what a minimum wage worker makes full time and healthcare needs to be free for EVERYONE.

People cant save to buy their own house because it costs so freaking much to do anything.

Greedy landlords and real estate people. Housing shouldn't be a profit sector. Neither should health care. These two things are vital.

It should be a law that rent should cost 30% of a households income.
