Who said anything about a nice home? Let's just start with 'shelter'. An apartment. Reasonable 1br apartments should be affordable to any full-time minimum wage worker. And by affordable, I mean they can live there, pay all their bills and utilities, and still have some money for groceries, gas, and a little left over to save, invest or spend.

I don't know why I'm wasting my time on you, though. I saw the thread you posted. You're determined to completely misinterpret the point so you can rave and make dumb posts about this. You have a really unhealthy mindset.
I'm with you man. I wish minimum wage guaranteed you a 1 bedroom and comfy lifestyle. If that was the case then I'd have a mansion, ferrari etc on my income
