Topic	Which do you prefer, Extreme Heat or Extreme Cold?

I work outside all year long on temps of -20F to 110F I suppose it's on individual tolerance, since I've never had a situation where it was too cold for me to warm up, but found it difficult to cool off in heat unless I went inside an air conditioned building.
