Topic	Is a smart TV really needed if you have a Xbox one or PS4?

I know in the last year or two Ive seen smaller new lcds for cheap at retailers. And of course you can get lcd tvs or tv monitors at (some) thrift stores or pawn shops. I got a gaming/streaming setup in my room with a recent 20 inch pc monitor that you can plug in for sound.
