Topic	There should be rewards for karma tiers.

Rewards should be in place of some sort, but to tell someone "Well, you've been here a while so we'll let this slide" when they did something completely inexcusable is.. not okay. Then we make it so you can get out of a warning or a suspension, but not a ban.
