what is properly arrested. There is no properly arrested. Unmarked units make arrests all the time. So do detectives that drive unmarked impalas. Just because you dont have a black and white doesnt make it an unlawful arrest.

you dont need an arrest warrant. Ive arrested someone for probable cause charges 3 months later without a warrant. Probable cause =\= arrest warrant. So yes, it does cut it just because you dont catch someone during the act of the crime doesnt mean it disappears
