even if he did, he is supposed to be properly arrested, by actual cops in uniform, following procedure.

1) why the f*** was be blindfolded, taken to an undisclosed location and not read his rights?

2) where is the arrest warrant? People can get arrested either when theyre caught in the act, when theyre in hot pursuit after the act or when there is a warrant. Dude did something wrong at some day wont cut it.

3) what keeps groups you guys sympathize with, such as the proud boys, the boogaloo bois or atomwagfen (spelling) from dressing up in paramilitary gear and doing the same to others?

  1. what is properly arrested. There is no properly arrested. Unmarked units make arrests all the time. So do detectives that drive unmarked impalas. Just because you dont have a black and white doesnt make it an unlawful arrest.
  2. id love to get more info on this blindfold thing. If its true, I could see it being due to OPSEC to keep away the protestors from barging in the staging location for arrestees.
  3. you dont need an arrest warrant. Ive arrested someone for probable cause charges 3 months later without a warrant. Probable cause =\= arrest warrant. So yes, it does cut it just because you dont catch someone during the act of the crime doesnt mean it disappears
  4. i or anyone in my department have never sympathized with any political group Or militia . What other officers might have done in other cities is something I would not know or could do anything about
