These are not police vehicles. there are literally tons of unmarked minivans in my department. Theres even a whole unit that goes after violent offenders in unmarked cars and plain clothes that arent police vehicles. Not all policing is done in black and whites. i would say in this time OPSEC is important. The violent anti police Protesting is pretty rampant right now you dont think they track people?
