Also pokemon level faster before stone evolutions. They level faster before evolutions in general.

I'm like 90% sure that's never been true. Pokemon leveling slower after evolving certainly isn't true now.

Per Bulbapedia: Though the amount varies depending on species, always remaining consistent throughout an evolutionary family, a given amount of experience points will always set a Pokmon at the corresponding level
