I feel kinda bad, I only train 5 lifts a session, 2 main at 5/3/1 sets/reps, 3 accessories at 8x8-12 (start at 8, add an additional rep per set per workout until I hit 8x12, then go up in weight/back down to 8x8 in volume) --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
