I feel silly now cuz I had this whole meltdown on how awful barbell exercises are, yet here I am talking about a barbell exercise. Why is that? How come no one asks like, how high you can jump on a box but they'll ask how much you deadlift, squat, bench? --- In this world, is the destiny of man controlled by some transcendental entity or law?
