Kinda sad "Goodbye my only friend" didn't get nominated for the Best Female Video Game Villain Quote contest. Want You Gone continues the tradition Still Alive started by just doing a really good job characterizing GLaDOS, and even adds a little by throwing in some of her backstory in between the insults. I know Still Alive is by far the more popular Portal song (given that it became a meme for years afterwards) but I honestly prefer Want You Gone. Bringing in Jonathan Coulton for it definitely helped, plus I think you get a little more of Ellen McLain's vocal ability coming through here. Like Still Alive, it's not particularly evil.
