People like Kaysar/Da'Vonne, even with their double early boots, are at least two-time players and have a multi-season legacy. I guess I kinda agree with this, based on my knowledge of 1-17. The feeling I'm getting based on 18/19/22 is that when it comes to returnee casting, BB prioritizes good (or at least interesting) players over big personalities, while Survivor is about 50/50 (though lately leaning a bit toward gameplay, especially in regards to women) and as for TAR, Phil has outright said that they prioritize big characters over strong racers when casting returnee seasons.
