Vamp_Aubrey 08/09/20 9:53:06 AM #391: | haven't posted in a couple of topics - finished insanity back in june and took up jogging 3x a week + r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine since then bc my state is [redacted] i can tell im getting stronger + i have slightly more definition (abs are visible) but its so hard to eat a lot so not gaining much mass finally worked my way up to 30 min jogging nonstop from not being able to jog half a mile 2 months ago. weather seems to be my limiting factor. its 90 degrees when i wake up and 90 degrees when i go to sleep. 30 minutes of running is 2.4 miles for me, hoping to get that to atleast a 5k as weather starts to get cooler in the fall and winter --- ...
