Match 1 is much closer than the ratings and rankings show. Merciless Saviour is actually sounding better right now, but not by much.

Isoleucine is my most confusing high 9. At one point in my earlier versions, it was as high as 4th in the rankings and I keep wanting to lower its rank every time, but the song keeps reminding me why its a high 9 despite not having much emotion evoked from me compared to most of my high 9s, and why I should rank it higher again. It's a never ending cycle.

The overall sound of it is outright fantastic to my ears, probably only equaled by Apostle's Maraud in that respect. I don't feel like pointing out every second of it so here's a couple more things... The occasional string instrumentstion that chimes in is amazing, and the sections of.... whatever this sound is during ~2:23-2:49 and other similar sounding stuff is so freaking n a s t y. I remember going "holy shit" upon hearing this section for the first time in its match against Toccatina.

Now I am all super pumped on the weaker amino acid song again. Maybe it actually is a top 5 calibur song...
