ParanoidObsessive 07/19/20 7:27:42 PM #22: | Continue this direction of rotation, end over end, three times exactly This is the main sticking point. How you define "rotation" is going to change how far it moves. Does "one rotation" mean a full 360-degree turn (which is what the word rotation usually means, as per RPM)? If so, the number of rotations doesn't matter, the end result will be the same as the position when you start rotating. Does "one rotation" mean a 180-degree turn (which could be seen as the cubes changing position)? If so, then the end position of an odd number of rotations will always be the opposite of the starting position. Does "one rotation" mean a 90-degree turn, like the one you've already described (from horizontal to vertical)? If so, three rotations turns the red cube back to face you, the way it was before you started rotating. Ambiguous wording kind of makes the question insoluble. Or at least incredibly subjective. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ... Copied to Clipboard! |
