Topic	WTF has Microsoft done to Office? Any Outlook users in here?

I want to know which bright minds at MS thought this was a good idea so that I may hunt them down and curse in their general direction. The search bar was already perfectly placed in Outlook, there was absolutely no reason to change it especially the way they did.
