Assuming the situation happened in reality, dumping both of them is fine that early. No real relationship has been built. The kid would likely have zero memory of it. Though the annoying legal issues really need to be changed if hed still be on the hook for child support. Once the child is old enough, it becomes trickier to just abandon the relationship built with them, but I wouldnt blame someone who was so broken up about it that they couldnt see the child without thinking of absolute betrayal.
