It's their legal right to go into the court house and conduct their business in accordance with the laws. The protesters shouldn't be blocking them.

Who is going to help fund properties and their upkeep if residents aren't paying rent? It falls on the "landlord". Not all landlords are giant companies with money and loans to keep themselves afloat. Some are just average people who are renting a property with the expectation of receiving money in return.
Protesting is constitutional right #1.

Landlording isn't a right anywhere.
