There are at least 22 Betty Boop movies that are in PD, I have no idea if it is because of age or if they forgotten to renew the licenses, so while you can distribute them however you want, you cant create new content with Betty Boop without the permission of whoever owns the rights of her. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
