A half pound of bacon is just shy of 1000 kcal (80g fat and 30g protein). That's a severe caloric deficit and not enough protein. You'd probably want the full pound per day.

You would rapidly enter ketosis on this diet. The amount of sodium is probably fine while on a ketogenic diet, and would prevent the sluggish feeling often associated with consuming too little sodium while entering ketosis.

You would lose a significant percent of body weight (~5%) in the first week or so, as your body depletes glycogen and associated water weight.

You would be deficient for plenty of micronutrients unless supplementing them.

You would be consuming zero fiber and would have very infrequent bowel movements.

You would probably experience an improvement of your HDL to LDL ratio. You may or may not experience higher total cholesterol or triglycerides.

If you have epilepsy, you would probably experience lower incidence of seizures.
