He never said it was being done wrong before, Corrik. He very succinctly said the government wasn't allowed to send non-First Class mail for any purpose without ever asserting it had ever once been done before. I asserted that the statement was wrong because it is the government wouldn't be openly sending billions of pieces of non-First Class mail if it were true.

If I'm interpreting your moon man logic correctly, you're saying that because you came up with a scenario that both of our statements could be theoretically correct that my argument is flawed. This completely ignores the facts that such a level of blatant and self-reported oversight would be completely impractical and that there would be far larger real-world ramifications than anyone on earth is bringing up because you (perhaps choose to?) lack even a modicum of critical thinking.

It's far, far simpler (and mind you actually true) for either one of our original statements to be incorrect than what you are trying to propose to resolve them both.
He said it wasn't an actual raise in prices for stamps because it was all supposed to be shipped first class and was an oversight.

I would quote it and bold it for you but he deleted the post.

Nevermind it was logged.

(+) Yeah! (+)

She's educated me that yesterday's shake up by DeJoy is actually good for the Post Office. Previously, the PMG was only a figurehead, and the structure of the Post Office was a bit archaic. There were 7 Districts within the Post Office, and he is restructuring it to 4 Districts, which is where most of these displaced officials are going. He's removing excessive leadership and simplifying the overall structure.

The increase in stamp cost is something that was supposed to always be in place and was an oversight. Government mail must always be mailed at the first class rate. Also, this is States mailing to voters which increases revenue to the USPS. Voters will have the prepaid envelopes with their ballots and don't pay postage."

You ignored the first sentence and took out the second sentence to attack.
