See I have a different take on it.

I don't think Trump supporters are cartoon villains. At least not the main villain. I think they're the stupid henchmen that follow the main villain around.

Because I've had the misfortune of talking to a few Trump supporters, and it seems like what's really going on here is that Trump and the Republican Party have managed to convince them that everything is out to get them somehow and that the extreme measures Republicans take is to protect them from those things.

How do you get them to be okay with children being separated from their families and being sent to internment camps? Tell them that all those no-good illegals are coming into the country to steal from their businesses and rape their wives.

How do you get them to back the reopening of businesses looooong before we're actually ready? Tell them that all that silly science junk is just a stepping stone to taking away their rights and restricting their freedoms.

How do you get them to accept piss poor minimum wage laws? Tell them that the country is full of a bunch of lazy slackers and that if wages were increased, people would choose to work at McDonald's for the rest of their life and we wouldn't have any doctors.

The Republican Party gains control through fear-mongering and their voter base is too stupid to figure it out.

you are right, to a point. There is some inherent evil in them that gets exploited. See the part I highlighted in bold? Make it Tell them that all those no-good brown people are coming into the country to change their culture and have mixed race babies with their daughters
