Had double hernia surgery a little over 3 years ago.

Hopefully its just a flare up from possible nerve damage during the surgery or an unrelated injury/strain. The area has been a more sensitive since the surgery and this is not the first time I have had something more then its a bit sore after the primary post operative period.

I havent had any bulging at least but I did have this odd twinging I could feel the other day but no visible bulge.

Not seeing a doctor yet. Its not severe pain and a doctor would need to physically examine me.

Plus surgery is more risky now and likely to be delayed anyways. A non bulging or debilitating hernia can potentially be around for years or even your whole life without causing serious harm.

Would get it operated on eventually if it is a reoccurrence though.
