I have no experience with adult ones though. sorry that's happening I have had 3 inguinal hernias. First one was when I was in first grade. Pretty such I am genetically predisposed and was born with some sort of defect in my abdominal walls because I am not even super physically active(I wasnt a massive couch potato as a kid either) My Grandpa has had at least six. My father has had at least 1.
