| monkmith 08/12/20 8:27:14 AM #27: | call the state department, especially if your friend is american. they probably cant do much, and because of how the government is being run right now there's a good chance there are no personnel even stationed in that area, but its best to at least make the attempt. would also suggest sending letters to your members of legislature. a senator or congressman can get you in contact with people that might be able to help. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
