I'm very sorry to hear such a thing happens to your mate, but it's been public record that Belarus is like that since 94 and Loukatchenko's rise to power, and your mate should have been aware of that too :/ Loukatchenko did this arbitrary rounding up of anyone and their mums stunt around election time since he's in power.
