He seems to be the favorite out of all the non-Shovel Knight playables in his series and stands out due to his design. I will put Wartortle at Fodder Line; I don't expect any Gen 1 starter evolutions to fall under that, and Wartortle does seem to be better-liked than Charmeleon on a base level. It is also the only stage 2 form that stands out in terms of design. Low Fodder for Hsien-Ko. She's an interesting character from an unfortunately dead franchise, and isn't really a Gfaqs type of character so I don't expect she'll get many waifu votes. She also hasn't appeared in anything for many years. I think I said Mid Fodder for Ifrit last time around and I will say that again now. While not a hugely popular summon, he has a striking design and a lot of series appearances to his name.
