my SNES gets no signal after sitting on the shelf for a year or so

I took it apart, cleaned the pin connector etc. with rubbing alcohol, cleaned my cartridges, etc.

Tried both AV and the RF switch for output, no signal either way

I occasionally get a glitchy screen, most times it's black with slight static, sometimes just solid black. Never any sound at all

I know the AV cable works for my gamecube. Technically I haven't verified the RF switch is good but I did just buy it from a local game shop the other day

What are the next steps? I've surpassed surface level google search
