advocating what was essentially Libertarianism or Anarcho-Capitalism, both of which are right-wing ideologies.

Except they're not.

Or to be fair, libertarianism isn't - it literally has both "Left" and "Right" branches depending on how you interpret its basic principles. It's why things like Anarcho-Communism and Anarcho-Syndicalism exist, and why "libertarianism" itself was literally known as "liberalism" when it was first articulated (and why some libertarians still prefer to refer to it as "classical liberalism", as opposed to "modern liberalism").

Generally, it tends to come down to whether or not you emphasize the social aspects of libertarianism or the economic aspects of libertarianism. In the US "Right Libertarianism" tends to be the more popular mindset mainly because we tend to have capitalism beaten into our brains as a good thing almost from birth, and because we live in a culture that strongly emphasizes personal freedom and consumerism. But "Left Libertarianism" is much more popular in Europe and other parts of the world.

It's also part of why a lot of libertarians don't actually consider the Libertarian Party in the US to be libertarian at all. In a lot of ways, the US Libertarian Party is just the "I want to do drugs and stop paying taxes" party.

Almost every villain in Legend of Korra was obviously a representative of some variation of Socialist, Communist, or Anarchist. The only two exceptions being the Earth Queen, who was a Monarchist (a right-wing ideology), and Kuvira, who was an imperialist (an ideology that can be either right or left, depending on other factors which the show didn't explore).

So what you're saying is, half the major villains fall on one side while the other half fall on the other side, but the ones that disprove your argument don't count.

You're also ignoring the fact that the people opposing the Equalists are portrayed as being kind of equally shitty, and the movement itself is being manipulated by someone who profits from inequality. Not to mention that the franchise as a whole tends to condemn imperialism in general pretty strongly, governments in general tend to be corrupt, criticizing tyrants who exploit fear to take greater power, and all of which are pretty strongly Left-aligned ideals.

And that's not even getting into the fact that Asami was originally supposed to be a spy until they decided they liked her too much (which is why she's designed more like a villain than a good character), and that her dad is basically an ultra-capitalist (and a major bad guy). There's ample ammunition to argue that capitalism isn't necessarily a good thing either as early as the first season.

The problem is that you're so convinced that you understand the secret agenda of the show producers and are viewing the whole show through that lens, so of course you're only going to see the things that prove you right while glossing completely over the things that prove you wrong. Because otherwise, you might actually have to admit you might be wrong.
