He has already become filthy stinking rich because of the tv show so he doesn't care anymore. I have never seen an author show such disrespect for the fans who got him to where he is. He has been jerking us around by telling us "next year" for at least the past six years. A lot of people just won't even bother with it at this point. I certainly hope if it ever does come out that no one actually buys it and just gets it from their local library or whatever so he doesn't get the royalties from lots of books being sold.
