Is that a French priest? It basically was lasagna but with layers of mashed potatoes instead of noodles, mozz cheese, and then bread crumbs and cheese on top. The mash potatoes would get golden on the sides/bottom, and the cheese gets crunchy (like a pizza) on top. Super delicious and I could have that for a full meal on T-day lol (while still having plenty for everyone else).
