As we are now, Bitch McConnell refuses to even vote on anything the House has passed in over a year that wasn't the stimulus bills. That shit is just going to continue. Senators/congressmen DESPERATELY need to have term limits; it would stop people like Mconnell from continually keeping the Senate/house in a state of gridlock.
