Topic	What show or movie has your favorite version of heaven?

So if you're planning to walk to find a specific person, you're probably fucked. But if you just want to leave the group you're in to go join a different group, you theoretically could. Man, this reminds me... (of all the things to think of) of a Death Note fanfiction I read years and years ago. It took place after the end of the series in a hypothetical afterlife that was sorta like this, but I think that it was just a general place, not a river, and there were cities? I think? and on very rare occasions Light runs into people that he's murdered. I think it was implied that it was some sort of purgatory but it's been so many years since I read it that I don't remember.
