Even with changes to the state of the landscape and the enemies/etc. A lot of the fun of BoTW was entering a new area with the complete anxiety that you had no idea what you were in for, searching for a tower and traversing landscapes blind to reach it. I am almost 100% sure it's already confirmed it'll be the same map.
