Topic	It is insane that one party can just choose to not vote on legislature

Theres also the fact that republicans in the senate only have a slight majority, so realistically all it takes is for 3 senators to not vote along party lines the fact that one (non-elected!) person can just block that vote is non-sensical --- The words of The Golden Eel have been revealed...
