| Alteres 08/31/20 10:21:11 PM #22: | After thinking about it for a bit (and not being able to remember the name for the life of me), kingdom come deliverance probably comes the closest to what I have seen. It isn't nearly as smooth or polished as elder scrolls or fallout, which is funny as hell when you think of it, but it tries many of the same things and mostly succeeds imo. That is about it as far as I can recall. I really don't know how object permanence and and discreet items in the game world effect the engine. There aren't many companies that give it a shot. Most likely trying to convert an engine used in fps or action games is not a good idea, and hasn't seemed to work well for most companies.
