Answer me this: Is it legal for a 17 year old to cross state lines with a gun?

Answer me this: Is it legal for a convicted felon to cross state lines with a gun he was not allowed to carry?

That is how the law is written (funny how you fail to see how precedence can make exceptions to those petty laws)

But the bigger picture says "Does it matter?" .....see you people can't understand your own narrative......

The question isn't why he should or shouldn't have a gun, the question is was Kyle in mortal danger to use any means necessary to defend himself....

Rittenhouse went to Kenosha to help defend his family's business during a riot, when all the 'rules' are thrown out the window regardless. No one has time to observe the anal-retentive letter of the law, because it's "do or die". Put the gun in his hand, and defend yourselves.... You think settlers observed the law when the natives circled their wagons?....no different here.

However, understand too that Rittenhouse was just a much a resident in Kenosha than the majority of the rioters who were there. He lived 30 mins away from Kenosha, but he worked and volunteered in the city too and had very close ties in the community. An argument can (and most likely be made) that he was more of a resident than you refuse to acknowledge.

As for being underage? Again, semantics. A few months shy of being 'legal', and you think the rioters are going to wait? When life and limb and livelhood are at stake, the courts will see exceptions had to be made

You're whole argument is based on a 30 minute daily commute to work and a month or two away from being an adult.....the courts will make that exception, just like differentiating between "murder" and "self-defense".

nice try.

And heres the fun part. Show me my post where I said the thug was innocent. I will wait for your reply.

Doesn't matter, because it's about the narrative that is being portrayed.

You think this kid is some kid of Incel looking to shoot up a crowd of people? When he's just a typical apple-pie red blooded 2A American doing what they do.....

This thug already has Twitter calling him a hero, yet he fell into the same fallacies as the kid too.
