Well, you wouldn't be in a city of fewer than 20k people because that's usually too small to be a city. (Bearing in mind that the city designation is based more government organization than population; although cities are almost exclusively high population, there are towns of 50k or 100k people. Greenwich, CT, for example, is a town rather a city despite having 62k people. Meanwhile Bristol and Meriden CT are both cities despite having very slightly smaller populations. EDIT: And looking into it further, CT apparently has four cities with under 20k people, although two are just subdivisions of towns... because having a tiny city apparently wasn't weird enough) --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
