Topic	What do you say when you're asked for your greatest weakness in job interviews?

Getting to the best solution sometimes takes to much time. So over the years I learned to balance for the best efficiency, but it is always a challenge and sometimes you take a bit more time. For example blablabla. Some bull like that. Ask useless questions and get a useless answer.
