Topic	Why does CE hate landlords?

Their was some scratches on the floor and I had a friend who could easily fixed that, but he absolutely wanted us to pay his friends like $600 to fix that. My friend still ended up doing it and he wanted our receipt even though my friend did it for like $40. I got another one who threw a tantrum when I left my appartment because I had a few things left in my appartment at noon.
