I think he imposed the travel ban Jan 31st, but correct me if I'm wrong1) They still allowed lots of Chinese nationals to travel here after the "ban" was put in place. 2) Trump was still downplaying the severity of the virus and Trump supporters still believe it's not a big deal today when over 194,000 people have died from it 3) Trump actively made the nation less prepared for pandemics by removing the pandemic response team and blatantly ignoring advice from the CDC and other healthcare industry experts on how to handle the spread. 4) Kushner refused to implement a national testing plan because the virus was hurting blue states more initially. --- ...
