But the fact he said they dropped it because she "moved on" and then decided to try suing her for defamation after? Why would you need to sue her for defamation with the NO DAMAGES you have if she moved on? You still have your million dollar contract. You haven't been mistreated at your job by management over it, clearly. This is just legal bullying.
