Yeah, it's extremely baffling that he's taken the stance he did on Matt Hardy and it's obvious he was just touting the AEW company line.

The Ivelisse stuff is just outrageous. Sean Ross spoke to both Ivelisse and Thunder Rosa who both said there was no cooperation in their match and then Meltzer is reporting that there wasn't anything wrong with the match at all and that they worked totally fine together, and then he's putting down Sean Ross's reporting of it like he's wrong when he reached out and spoke to both Ivelisse and Thunder Rosa.

And then fuck everything with Matt Riddle, for real. Meltzer painted it like Riddle is the victim and he's completely in the right, completely stripping the reality of what happened in Candy Cartwright's defense where her lawyer just tore apart all of Riddle's claims. And he acted like Riddle was just being benevolent by dropping it, and trashing on people for thinking otherwise.

All of these things were within a month of each other and it's just ridiculous. He's obviously had his biases, but he's just denying the reality of what we're seeing in front of us at this point.
