He was shot by her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker who claimed he only fired because cops didn't identify themselves and now his lawyer is hitting out people who are calling his client a "murderer" even when Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron said he acted in self defense and says if anyone calls him again that, he will SUE!! A Kentucky grand jury decided NOT to indict him of any crime relatd to the shooting and his lawyer, Todd McMurtry said those who continue to brand him one need to retract and apologize immediately or be Sued Protests gathered across America on Wednesday after the Kentucky grand jury's decision including her family as the police claim they did identify themselves and it wasn't a no-knock raid that contradicts the residents living except ONE and said Kenneth shot first so they had legal recourse to shoot back The Louisville Metro Police previously denied that there was NO bodycam footage of that night but that there was no footage DURING the raid only AFTER the raid.
